Returns, Refund and Cancellation Policy

We operate a returns policy for goods ordered directly from Vision products (Europe) Ltd purchased in error or for faulty goods. Should you need to return any item to us for any reason please contact us first by telephone on 01933 667220 or e-mail customerservice@vision-products.co.uk. We may be able to assist you and avoid the need for you to return an item that may not be faulty. Before sending any goods to us, please contact us first and obtain a returns authorisation number (RAN) so we can track your items when they reach our warehouse. Your package must include the RAN number on the outside of the package to ensure it is accepted by our warehouse staff.

Goods not purchased directly from Vision Products (Europe) Ltd. - If you have a faulty product purchased from a reseller or supplied to you from an installer or other source, you must contact them regarding any returns or other issues you may have. Please be aware that there are other products in a wide variety of other business sectors legitimately or illegitimately using the brand name "Vision" or other of our brand names that have no connection with Vision Products (Europe) Ltd and Vision Products (Europe) Ltd have no connection or responsibility with these businesses or their goods or services whatsoever.

Unwanted Goods - Before sending any goods to us, please contact us first and obtain a returns authorisation number (RAN) so we can track your items when they reach our warehouse. Please return goods unused and in original packaging in perfect condition for resale within 5 working days of receipt. We recommend obtaining proof of postage. A full credit will be applied to your account minus the shipping costs and a 20% re-stocking fee will be made on receipt of the returned goods. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs when returning unwanted goods.

Faulty Goods - If any of the goods have a manufacturing defect within the warranty period of 12 months for new items and 3 months for graded items, we will replace or repair the product to you at our cost. Before sending any goods to us, please contact us first and obtain a returns authorisation number (RAN) so we can track your items when they reach our warehouse. We inspect and test all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

Changing your order - If you would like to amend your order and the order has not been dispatched we will happily take payment of the extra items and send all items out together. If your order has already been dispatched we cannot add anymore items and you will be required to place an additional order.
